Shipping Policy Your shipping address must match your billing address! In other cases, we do not ship the order! Items ordered from us will be dispatched within 1-4 business days depending on the day of the week.
We are working hard to ship as quickly as possible! Parcels will arrive 6-11 days after leaving our warehouse. Shipments to the United States and Canada are shipped via DHL only. The shipping time of ordered products can sometimes (rarely) vary. Please contact us to find out how long it takes to ship your order!

Return policy
Wheels gang does not offer any returns for used goods, services and accessories provided by Wheels gang!
YOUR ORDER IS FINAL WITH NO REFUND
No trades for your wheels.
Before the parcel is handed over to the courier, you have the right to cancel the order, but 6% will be deducted from your order amount! Our liability for defects is limited to repair or replacement ONLY.
We do not offer financial compensation other than returning the product for a refund. If you have any doubts about the condition of the wheels, DO NOT BUY THEM.
Refunds are not available for discs in original condition due to cosmetic damage. We try to refurbish wheels, but they are still used wheels and may have dirt, rust, scratches, etc! Before buying, carefully examine the photos and make a decision based on your standards for the product!
In the case of a return, the buyer (after confirmation by the Wheels gang team) is responsible for packaging the product exactly as it was sent, and all costs associated with the return and delivery are borne by the buyer. After receiving the goods and confirming its condition, a refund is made.
Once the tires have been mounted, return is not possible at all!
ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR PRODUCT RECEIPT. WITH NO EXCEPTIONS
This warranty statement limits your specific legal rights: Our liability for defects is limited to repair or replacement. All express and implied product warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranties, conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded and are prohibited without limitation. Wheel gang. shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, any liability for third party claims against you for damages or for the unavailability of products for use.
Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the party that drafted them.
Wheels gang is not responsible for any wheel damage, vehicle damage, damage to other vehicles, property damage, personal injury or death arising directly or indirectly from the use of any wheels we sell. By installing wheels on your vehicle, you agree to waive all rights to legal action against Wheels gang!
